Image AdaptationSkilled professionals in our design studio work with printing technologies to take pre-press steps with ready designs for the printing plates. We use the latest file handling software, allowing us to carry out colour correction and taking into account the equipment profile and the fitting to the flexo-printing process.
Direct and Back Flexo-Printing up to 8 ColoursWe boast high-tech printing presses, experienced operators, well-established printing technology, accurate recording and stage-by-stage control over all process parameters for each order. Special Coatings: Varnishes, Waxes, Primers, ParaffinSpecial coatings are used to improve the performance and quality of many types of packaging materials.
Film-wax-paper-paraffin CompositeHolt-melt adhesions and coatings (wax and paraffin) are applied using both classical semi-flexo and rotogravure methods. Combination of these techniques provides an opportunity to achieve a 30% cut in production time per run.
Reels SlittingSlitting machines finely cut the material in reels to the required diameters. High quality of reels and uniform, smooth winding across the whole width of the reel are achieved thanks to a monitoring system using two types of sensors: a supersonic one and an optical one. This system helps to level the reel against the cut line and maintain accurate web tension.
Item-specific and Multiple-shipping Packaging of Finished ProductsDepending on the preferences of the customer and shipping conditions, the finished reels are packed in stretch film and dispatched on pallets with Expedite labels.
